Duluth, MN – Duluth Plein Air Festival 2016

Paul Oman has been selected as one of 35 artists to paint this year for the Duluth, MN Plein Air Festival (painting outdoors, on-location, under the open sky!).  This is going to be so much fun!!  Painting can take place within a 30 mile radius of Duluth.  If you want to watch me paint, call or text me at 715-790-2029.
