Kalispell, MT – Bethlehem Lutheran Church Community Event Presentation

Saturday, March 29th at 2pm, all are welcome to attend this Drawn to the Word special presentation by Artist and Pastor Paul Oman. Paul will speak and teach during part of the painting process, giving insights into his study and creative process that brings him to the moment of the brush on the canvas. He will share about the artistic process of composition and color use in relationship to the story he is painting. He will share the theological connections between the Bible story and the images as it emerges on the canvas. Then, Paul and his wife, Jana, who will be assisting him with this presentation, will incorporate music and the spoken Word into the presentation as Paul completes the painting. A time of question and answer will round out the presentation. This presentation will last about 90 minutes. Paul will complete a large-scale painting during this time. All ages are welcome. No church experience is necessary. :) Come and enjoy.
